Individual Relationship Coaching - Men

Service Description

We work with gentlemen (18 years and older) to promote self-care and address varying factors such as marital issues, life transitions, parenting & caretaker stress, work/career concerns, and more. We do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. We collaborate with you to identify both your strengths and goals. We offer two options for the counseling sessions; Option 1: One (1) hour sessions Option 2: Two (2) hour sessions The first session to determine your strengths and growth areas and develop their customized plan will be FREE. All payments for coaching sessions are considered tax deductible donations to the Circle of Trust organization.
